Pangang Group Vanadium & Titanium Resources Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 000629), hereinafter referred to as the “Company,” was established on March 27, 1993, and is headquartered in Panzhihua City, Sichuan Province, known as the “Capital of Vanadium and Titanium.”

The Company offers a range of vanadium products, including vanadium pentoxide, ferrovanadium, vanadium nitride, vanadium-aluminum alloys, and vanadium electrolyte, as well as titanium products such as titanium dioxide and titanium slag. It has an annual operating volume of 1.95 million tons of titanium concentrate and annual production capacities of 50,000 tons of vanadium products (calculated as V₂O₅), 300,000 tons of titanium dioxide, and 240,000 tons of titanium slag. The Company is one of the world’s major suppliers of vanadium products, a major supplier of titanium raw materials in China, an important titanium slag producer in China, and a major Chinese producer of both sulfate-process and chloride-process titanium dioxide. Its products are widely used in the steel, electronics, non-ferrous metals, coatings, and printing inks industries and are sold in both domestic and international markets.
